Many businesses have made the switch and have reaped the benefits of not being tied down by land-lines. As VoIP technology becomes more refined, with call quality surpassing expectations, it will soon be the go-to communication method for any rising business in the 21st century.

As VoIP is becoming more of the standard, providers are focusing on what types of unique features they can provide businesses to enhance their productivity and work flow. Some of these features include voice origination, predictive dialing, and even international toll-free numbers.
