Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries or inbound sales prospects via tickets, chats, voice calls

- Convert online website sign ups to paying customers

- Manage small to medium customer accounts for long term business partnership

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

- Act as point of contact and handle customers' individual needs

- Responsible for liaising between the customer and internal teams

- Monitor and analyze customers' daily activity and usage



Requirements

- At least 1 year working experience in account management or related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Client oriented and strong customer relationship skills

- Strong motivation and has positive attitude in dealing with people

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Excellent time and self- management skills

- Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision

- Easily adaptable and flexible to changing work environments

- Knowledge in VoIP, cloud solutions, call center operations is an advantage
