Description

  • Recruitment Management (end to end) – Personnel requisition, sourcing, screening, interview, Test Administration. Manages business job accounts.
  • Background Checking
  • Ensures that all candidates have undergone Background Checking from coordination with the external provider for the endorsement and monitoring of status within Service Level Agreement.
  • On-boarding Administration
  • Prepares and uploads Training Agreement, Job Offer and Employment Contract. Ensures these documents are signed. 
  • Trainee Orientation and New-hire orientation.
  • Monitors pre-employment requirements compliance.
  • Administers on-boarding documents (Bank Account Opening Form, Government Forms, Employee Information Sheet).
  • Updates employment details of new-hires online (SSS), and liaises with Pag-ibig, Philhealth and BIR.
  • Updates employee/s status/es (Trainee > Probationary > Regular).
  • Releases copies of Employee Handbook to new hires through email.
  • Creates an electronic folder of all new-hires and stores requirements in it.
  • Performance Management 
  • Monitor the employees who are due for evaluation, ensure that evaluations are conducted and discussed with employees on time.
  • Employee Relations (Engagement)


Requirements

- Three(3) years of total experience in Human Resources

- Two (2) years of experience in End to end recruitment

-  Two (2) years of experience as an HR Generalist

- Must have work experience in BPO setting

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or in Business Administration (preferred but not required)

- Amenable to work in flexible schedules
