Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 



  • Collaborate with the Directors and global HR team  in establishing Human Resource policies and procedures that meet organizational objectives and comply with local legislation
  • Develop strong knowledge of the business model and the industry 
  • Implement recruitment and advertising strategies that attract qualified employees and effectively fulfill staffing needs
  • Help shape our strategy to promote brand awareness.
  • Create a culture that improves work relationships, builds morale, and increases productivity and retention. 
  • Conduct regular employee engagements and welfare activities
  • Learn and monitor Performance Management Programs of each business unit. Provide improvements and Coach manager where necessary.
  • Launch Employee Recognition and Rewards System Programs
  • Develop programs that encourage Skill Acquisition to champion organizational learning at all levels


  • Coach managers in interpreting employment conditions and legislation, improving employee relations and disciplinary skills. 
  • Partner with the legal advisor in labor matters, resolving issues, incident investigations and counselling.
  • Keen on reviewing and revising employment compensation, contracts, confidentiality agreements and   handbook to meet organizational objective and comply with local legislation 
  • Learn talent market trends, best practices, regulatory changes, HR tools, and labor laws including occupational safety and health standards and lead the change as necessary.
  • Mentor HR staff(s) and keep HR staff(s) up-to-date on departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Administer payroll attendance and leave reports 
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel data and reports. Oversee the organization’s records and 201 files.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Head of HR or HR Manager in a BPO setting providing services to global clients, 5+ years overall experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient at local employment and labor law and regulations and ability to relate to the  business model
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • People manager
  • Ability to scale from strategic to hands-on
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Well-adept at advanced HR tools (recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, payroll)
