Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Termination and DIDs Buying & Negotiation. Source and negotiate competitive rates with carriers for termination and origination of SIP and DID numbers.
- Carrier Account Management. Launch and manage carrier partnerships; monitor service quality daily.
- Market Intelligence. Analyze VoIP/DID market trends and continuously seek new opportunities.
- VIP Technical Integration. Facilitate technical setups, solve routing issues, and define Sell Rates for VIP end-clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Support Customer Success, Sales, and internal teams via SLAs, tickets, and technical support.
- Industry Representation. Represent CommPeak at international telco conferences and exhibitions.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience in carrier relations, VoIP or telecom industry in LATAM.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong track record negotiating with carriers and securing optimal rates.
- Leadership & Accountability: Own projects end-to-end and ready to lead the team when required.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market data to identify opportunities and optimize rates
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with VoIP infrastructure and coordinating with technical teams.
