Responsibilities
- Extract and assemble data from different internal and external sources and maintain data records relevant to different departments such as Finance and Carriers
- Ensure regular and timely data uploads in internal systems
- Ensure data records have high level of accuracy
- Interpret data to understand trends and ensure usefulness for business operations, business forecasts and decisions
- Provide intelligent action items or insights based on monitored data
- Identify, analyze and address data discrepancies, which includes coordinating with internal and external teams
- Define and formulate new processes or report improvements, adapt and modify solutions based on changing requirements
- Assist in customer and carrier data analysis/management
- Assist and communicate with customers, resellers and carriers regarding payouts and refunds
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Data Management, Analytics or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions
- Keen attention to detail
- Great analytical thinking and decision making
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and time management
