Professional Services Specialist
Description
In this role you will be responsible for leading integration and implementation processes. Assisting our customers in their onboarding process to our platform, ensuring a flawless customer experience, you will be troubleshooting critical issues, and working closely with R&D and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with external clients to gather requirements while composing a detailed business case, and defining product requirements.
- Support clients with on-boarding plans for technical resources; including operations, admin and troubleshooting roles. Provide guidance on training, coaching and mentoring of the client's technical team.
- Be the technical point of contact inside the company for all product related parties. Act as a 3rd level support- the highest escalation level for customer cases.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down the implementation process
- Set up and fully configure new client accounts
This position might require on-call duty
Requirements
- 2+ year’s experience working with VoIP Protocols (SIP) and Basic VoIP troubleshooting and understanding cloud services
- 1+ year experience working with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP, UDP, TLS, ICMP)
- Good knowledge of logic LAN Network infrastructure (LAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Static IPs)
