When applying for a position at CommPeak, you acknowledge and agree that to the extent permitted by applicable laws, your Personal Information will be collected, retained and processed in CommPeak’s applicants database, in accordance with the terms of this policy.
You are not obliged by law to provide the Personal Information. Therefore, by submitting your application to CommPeak you confirm and declare that such submission is made at your own free will.
The information collected by us includes all the information provided by you in the application and resume and other information provided and/or included in the recruitment process, including certifications, references, interviews, correspondences with you, tests and diagnosis (“Personal Information”).
Your Personal Information will be retained for 5 years. After the period of 5 years your personal information will be anonymized or deleted from CommPeak’s systems.
Your Personal Information will be used for the purpose for which it was collected, and in accordance with the provisions of these terms and any applicable law, as well as for the purposes listed below:
– To process, recruit and manage applications for specific positions at CommPeak and CommPeak’s affiliates.
– To keep in touch with you and to provide you with updates and information regarding the position you applied for.
– To respond to your inquiries or requests for information.
– To allow us to send you future job alerts.
– For analysis of trends, conducting surveys, etc’, regarding the recruitment process in the Company.
CommPeak will not transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary for the recruitment process (third parties who provide the company with various services in connection with HR and/or recruitment, external professional consultants, recruitment agencies, talent assessment agencies,etc’, and their subcontractors), for security requirements including security service providers and support for information technology system, or as required for operational needs (including outside the State you reside in).
If required to do so by law or to respond to any legal claims, we may disclose your Personal Information to the relevant regulatory or legal authority.
CommPeak implements measures and procedures to secure your Personal Information. While these measures reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion into the Company’s systems, they do not provide complete security, especially when it comes to transmitting information via email or uploading it to the Company’s website. Therefore, CommPeak does not warrant that it is completely immune from unauthorized access.
You are entitled to review your Personal Information held in CommPeak’s database, and you can request to delete it. In addition, if you find that your Personal Information held by us is incorrect, incomplete, or not up to date, you may contact us to correct it. If there is a reason for refusing such requests, we will notify you in accordance with any applicable law and you may appeal such refusal in the manner set forth in such law.
