SAFARI AND FIREFOX

More Browser Support for Softphone

We’ve expanded the CommPeak softphone widget’s range to include Safari and Firefox. This update gives agents more flexibility to work in their preferred browser environment across different operating systems, without needing them to download additional software.

Updated Agent Onboarding

The portal now allows you to overview all onboarding steps at once, giving you a clear picture of the entire process. We’ve also updated the onboarding workflow within the portal to make setting up new users more intuitive.

REPUTATION PAGE CLEANUP

Notifications for Disabled DIDs

To help you manage the numbers on your Reputation Checks page, we’ve added a new alert for disabled DIDs. If you have a disabled number that still has an active reputation check running, you’ll now receive a notification. Use these nudges to unclutter your account.
